Changes - Returns

At San Boat we want you to always be happy with your purchases from our eshop and we follow a flexible return policy.

Always in accordance with existing legislation and the terms of the companies / manufacturers of the products we trade. If you received a defective product or an error was made in your order, or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request its replacement or a refund of the money you provided.

More specifically:
In all cases of return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example if you received a product other than the one you ordered) or because you changed your mind, in order to complete the return of the item, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:

Product returns can be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
In no case can a product be accepted, which is not in its original state. This means that the product must:
Not to be washed
Not to have been used in any way
Have all his labels
The packaging must not have been damaged.
The product must have been purchased exclusively from San Boat.
The defective product is replaced only with the same product. In case of depleted product the original is replaced with a corresponding one of equal value.
In case of product return and refund the customer is charged the shipping costs.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
In case of a defective product it is necessary to send us a photo of the item at info@sanboat.gr so that we have a better image in our communication with you.

Fill in the Return Form that you will find in your package upon receipt.
Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment. RETURNS THAT ARE NOT PACKAGED are NOT RECEIVED.
Send the parcel with the ACS that made the delivery to you, in view of San Boat Returns Department, Chania Port, 73100 and the shipping costs are borne by San Boat.

* Please note that the return shipping costs are charged by our company only in case of our own mistake or defective product. In case you just changed your mind and want to replace the product, ONLY the first process of returning and receiving the new product is the responsibility of our company.

If you want a second or third product change then the cost is borne by the customer.

Refund is possible only for purchases made electronically at www.sanboat.gr and does not apply to purchases from physical stores. The refund process takes 15 WORKING days from the time the refund is received. We will notify you when the process is completed.

* Returns from Cyprus:

The customer bears the shipping costs for all movements of his package. As with the refund, you deduct the amount of the shipping costs of the first shipment.

Also, our company bears only the bank costs borne by this bank from which the refund will be made. Any bank charges that will arise to the customer can not be known and therefore are borne by the customer.
