The products you ordered are sent to the address you have specified for us, through the courier companies “ACS”. Alternatively, when completing the order, you can choose to pick up your parcel in person from any of the companies’ stores in Greece, after a telephone notification.

Shipments abroad
The charge in these cases varies depending on the country of destination, the chosen shipping method and the total weight (or volumetric weight) of the products of each order.

In the event that any other charges (such as customs duties) arise on arrival of the parcel in the country of destination, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns are borne by the customer, who at his own expense and responsibility returns the product with any company he chooses.

Shipping / delivery time
The main concern of the online store sanboat.gr is the perfect and fast service of its customers. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products on the market and with the fastest delivery times.

Orders are sent by our company on the same day, as long as they have been registered by 13:00 working day and there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay (eg waiting for a bank transfer).

Deliveries on Saturday are made at extra charge to the customer.

The delivery time of orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 2-4 working days.

For all shipments abroad, the delivery time is 7-15 working days.

In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the ordering department about the estimated delivery time.
